We are dedicated to sourcing from reputable, fair trade green coffee importers, and local farms for our coffee and other food products needed to serve the best product possible. 

We make sure that the coffee we purchase is done so ethically and for a fair price.

We start by bringing in samples of green coffee we're interested in, then we sample roast it in different ways to figure out the direction we want to go in for that specific coffee.

Once we figure out what style of roast we want to go for to highlight the coffee best, we roast, cup, and fine tune it until we're happy with the final result.

Our beans are then tested with our colour analyzer, and cupped to ensure that each batch will taste the same.

Coffee is roasted to order and shipped out as soon as we can to ensure that it arrives tasting the best it can.

We are a living wage employer. We believe that our employees shouldn't depend on tips in order to make enough money to simply live. We pay our employees what the living wage is in our area to make sure that we can take care of them as well as they take care of us. 

We are a no tipping establishment. It's our job to pay our employees not our guests.
