These are single origin specialty coffees, sourced from specific farms, cooperatives, and regions across Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and beyond, where terroir, altitude, processing method, and the hands that picked the cherries all shape what ends up in your cup.
Unlike blended coffees designed for consistency, single origin beans are expressive and traceable. You'll taste the volcanic soil of a Guatemalan highland farm, the tropical fruit notes of an anaerobic Colombian process, or the bright berry of a washed processed Ethiopian lot. Each one is distinct, seasonal, and roasted to order in small batches at our micro roastery in Vancouver, BC.
We source exclusively from reputable, fair-trade green coffee importers who share our commitment to paying producers fairly. Every coffee here has been sample roasted, cupped, and dialed in on our Stronghold S7X before it ever reaches you, because good coffee at origin deserves to be treated with the same care all the way to your door.
