Every coffee in the Origin collection starts at the source. Single origin lots from specific farms, cooperatives, and regions, where terroir, altitude, and processing all shape what ends up in your cup.

Single origins are expressive and traceable. You'll taste the difference between a Guatemalan highland and an anaerobic Colombian process and a washed Ethiopian lot. Each one is distinct, seasonal, and roasted to order in small batches at our micro-roastery in Vancouver.

We source exclusively from reputable importers who share our commitment to paying producers fairly. Every coffee here has been sample roasted, cupped, and dialed in before it ever reaches you.
