We're a Vancouver-based specialty micro roastery and we take what goes into your cup seriously. Every coffee here has been sourced from reputable, fair-trade importers, sample roasted on our Nucleus Link, cupped, colour-analysed with our Di-Fluid Omni AGTRON, and dialled in on our Dietrich 12kg or Stronghold S7X before it makes the cut. Then it's roasted to order and shipped as fast as we can get it out the door — because freshness isn't a marketing word, it's the whole point.
