Our first gesha! This gesha from Guatemala blew me away when I cupped it. It had these delicate black tea and milky caramel notes combined with this sweet and tart green apple, and tropical notes. It's quite the dense coffee so I recommend grinding it coarser and brewing it a bit hotter in order to get good extraction times while maintaining the flavour!
