About this Coffee

This decaf is a special one. Immediately after roasting it I knew that this coffee would be special. So special that I immediately ordered enough supply to last me at least a little while!

On the nose when I cupped it the room filled with this aroma of yuzu, and sweet lemon. When tasting it, it had a complex sweet and creamy body yet the yuzu flavour really stood out to me. It really combines the aroma of the citrus well, without being sour, as well as the sweetness of the coffee itself into a balanced and complex cup. A friend of mine best described the flavour as similar to a lemon loaf, or sugar glazed lemon cake.

Definitely not a daily drinker but something to bring out when you want to show friends or family something special.
