The August 2026 issue of British Vogue landed this month. Somewhere between a Daisy Edgar-Jones cover shoot and a curated roundup of independent food and drink brands from around the world, there's a small photo of a bag of Nocturne and three sentences about us. Three sentences in British Vogue is not nothing. NOCT. was included in the "All in Good Taste" advertising feature, described as a Vancouver-based micro specialty coffee roaster built on the belief that great coffee should be accessible. Single origin. Micro lots. Sourced from reputable, fair trade green coffee importers. That's exactly what we're trying to do here. The coffee that made it in The coffee featured is Nocturne, our house espresso blend and one of our most consistent coffees since we launched. It's the one I reach for when I want something that doesn't require a decision. Balanced, reliable, and genuinely good every single time. It starts at $18 and ships roasted to order. If you've been on the fence about trying us, now's a good time. What it means We're a small roastery. We roast on a 12kg Dietrich, we cup everything before it goes out, and we care a lot about where our coffee comes from and what we pay for it. Getting recognized in the same feature as brands from Scotland, the Cotswolds, and Australia alongside a community of people doing things the right way feels meaningful. We're proud of this. We'll be back to roasting. Photography by Kado Wicaksana. Shop Nocturne
