About this Coffee

Honestly one of the coffees I was most unsure about when I roasted it, but wow was I blown away after giving it a taste. This coffee at first gives off these herbal notes most similar to basil, but give it a chance! When brewed it develops into this juicy peach, and nectarine flavour that is super complex when combined with those savory, and herbal basil notes.
